By registering for an Indians Champions League (“ICL”) trial, players and their parents/guardians agree to the eligibility criteria, code of conduct and schedule published on each trial’s detail page.

Registration fees must be paid in full to confirm a player’s application. ICL reserves the right to reject or remove an application that fails eligibility checks such as age group or gender category.

ICL reserves the right to reschedule, relocate or cancel a trial due to circumstances beyond its control, including venue availability and weather.

Player Safety & Assumption of Risk. Cricket is a physical sport and participation in ICL trials and matches carries an inherent risk of injury. Players and their parents/guardians register and participate entirely at their own risk. ICL, its officials, coaches, selectors and venue partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from a player’s participation in a trial or match, except where directly caused by ICL’s proven negligence. Parents/guardians are responsible for assessing the player’s fitness to participate and for arranging any medical or health cover they consider appropriate before registering.

By checking the Terms & Conditions box during registration, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to this Player Safety & Assumption of Risk clause along with the rest of these Terms.
